The awards reflect CPC’s continued focus on Safety and Welfare, Leadership, Community, Trust, Value Creation and Sustainability, recognising teams and individuals who consistently deliver in line with those values.

CPC chief executive and director Troy Setter said the CPC team lifted performance again last year, and it was great to recognise the businesses and the people who delivered great results.

“The CPC team has done a great job adding several stations and new businesses in the last 12 months, whilst dealing with significant floods, fires, new legislation, and market disruptions. I am very proud of the great team we have,” Mr Setter said.

A Year of resilience

During the evening CPC staff reflected on another demanding year across the pastoral portfolio. Despite seasonal variability and operational challenges, teams across Queensland, the Northern Territory and Western Australia continued to deliver strong performance outcomes.

The 2025 Awards Dinner reinforced the strength of CPC’s people and the depth of capability across its stations. Above all, the evening celebrated a shared commitment to safety, performance, leadership and long-term value creation across the business.
