How do I create an event?

From the home dashboard click on "Events" and choose "Create event" from the pop up menu. Follow the prompts with your event information.

How do I check my upcoming events?

From the dashboard, click on EVENTS, then Events Home from the pop up menu. Click on Upcoming Events from the top menu

How do I check events that are on today?

From the dashboard, click on EVENTS, then Events Home from the pop up menu. Under Event Point Featured Events, click on Today

How do I check events that are on this week?

From the dashboard, click on EVENTS, then Events Home from the pop up menu. Under Event Point Featured Events, click on This Week

How do I check events that are on this month?

From the dashboard, click on EVENTS, then Events Home from the pop up menu. Under Event Point Featured Events, click on This Month

How do I search for popular events?

From the dashboard, click on EVENTS, then Events Home from the pop up menu. Under Event Point Featured Events, click on Popular Events

How do I search for most liked events?

From the dashboard, click on EVENTS, then Events Home from the pop up menu. Under Event Point Featured Events, click on Most Liked

How do I search for events I am following?

From the dashboard, pick EVENTS, then Events I Follow from the pop up menu

What type of tickets can I sell for my event?

When creating an event, you have the choice of the following ticket options

            Selling offline

            Selling online

            Selling online and offline

            Not ticket sales

            Free event

For offline events you can add the details in the offline ticket information section.

For online events you need to link your paypal account

You can manage the ticket types after the first two pages of the event setup.

You can add a new ticket type or donate for a community

To add a new ticket type click add new ticket type and enter the name and ticket amount. You can also limit the number to tickets that are available by filling in the quantity

To donate to community, click on donate for community button. Step 1 is to choose between linking a community inside the platform or allow the buyer to choose where to donate themselves at the checkout. 

 

How do I manage my ticket sales?

From the dashboard, select events, then my events. Use the manage tickets link on the right hand side of the event.

From here you can setup ticket types, choose to donate to charity and link your paypal account.  You can use the manage ticket sales option to generate tickets or search for ticket details. Select view transactions to search for transactions from certain dates or buyers or ids.

How do I manage my ticket sales?

From the dashboard, select events, then my events. Use the manage tickets link on the right hand side of the event.  You can use the manage ticket sales option to generate and print tickets to sell offline or in person from this page.  You can also enter the ticket holders first name, last name and email address.

How do I add a sponsor to my event?

From the dashboard, select events, then my events. Click on the event you want to add a sponsor to. Select sponsors from the tabs, then add sponsor.

What can I add/post to my created event?

Once your event has been created you can add content. From the dashboard, select events, then my events. Click on the event you want to add content to. From the menu option you can add blogs, view your guests, add sponsors, add photos, add videos or reviews.

You can post announcements, or share the event via email, linkedin or to another feed on the site.

How can I email all the people attending my event?

From the dashboard, select events, then my events. Click on the event. Click on the cog icon and from the drop down list select email event followers.

How can I delete an event I have created?

From the dashboard, select events, then my events. Select the delete event from the right hand side.
